State Gas Limited has announced the issuance of 9,050,857 unquoted equity securities, specifically options expiring on August 30, 2025, with an exercise price of $0.08, effective September 12, 2024. These options are part of a transaction previously disclosed in an Appendix 3B and will not be quoted on the ASX.
