State Gas Limited has announced a significant capital raising initiative, offering shareholders the chance to buy additional shares at $0.05 each, aiming to raise up to $8.9 million before costs. The offer also includes free attaching options, with an exercise price of $0.08, expiring in August 2025. This financial move is designed to fund the development of the HDNG production facilities at Rolleston-West, and to enhance exploration, appraisal activities, and production capabilities.
