State Gas Limited has extended the closing date for its Retail Entitlement Offer to 5 September 2024, allowing eligible shareholders to subscribe for new shares at $0.05 each, paired with free attaching options. The offer aims to support the company’s mission to develop high-quality gas assets, with a focus on innovative solutions like a virtual pipeline system for gas transport. State Gas is also engaged in expanding its project portfolio, including a carbon capture initiative and the development of the Reid’s Dome and Rolleston-West gas projects.
