State Gas Limited has reported a significant change in the holdings of Director Anthony Bellas, revealing an acquisition of over 3 million additional shares and over 1 million options indirectly through associated entities. The transactions, which took place on August 9, 2024, at $0.05 per share, have not resulted in any disposals, leaving Bellas with a substantial increase in his indirect interest in the company.
