State Gas Ltd. (AU:GAS) has released an update.
State Gas Ltd. Director Gregory Baynton has increased his indirect holdings in the company by 7,000,000 ordinary shares and 2,383,558 options, acquired through participation in an accelerated component of ANREO, according to a Change of Director’s Interest Notice filed with the ASX. The acquisition, at a value of $0.05 per share, brings Baynton’s indirect interest in Allegro Capital Nominees Pty Ltd to 26,375,975 ordinary shares, with no disposals reported.
