Starpharma Holdings Limited (AU:SPL) has released an update.

Starpharma Holdings Limited has disclosed a change in the shareholding of Director Robert B. Thomas, who has recently purchased 250,000 ordinary shares on-market, increasing his indirect holdings to 1,525,000 shares through Murtoa Flour Mills Pty Ltd and Stornoway Nominees Pty Ltd. The acquisition, totalling an estimated value of $22,679, did not involve the disposal of any shares and was not conducted during a closed period requiring prior clearance.
