Starlight Culture Entertainment Group Limited has announced a postponement in dispatching its circular regarding a proposed capital reorganization and alteration in board lot size, originally slated for 19 June 2024, to a new tentative date on or before 3 July 2024. This delay is due to the need for additional time to prepare and finalize certain details for inclusion in the circular. Consequently, the company has also provided a revised timetable for the related events, including the new date for the Special General Meeting (SGM).
