Starlight Culture Entertainment Group Limited has announced the resignation of Mr. Cheung Yiu Kuen from his positions as joint company secretary, authorised representative, and process agent, effective 28 June 2024. Mr. Ho Chun Sing, already serving as company secretary, will take over the roles vacated by Mr. Cheung and has the requisite qualifications and experience in auditing, accounting, and finance. The company expressed its appreciation for Mr. Cheung’s contributions during his service.
