Starjoy Wellness and Travel Company Limited announced the sale of its largest shareholder’s stake, Best Discovery International Limited, representing 29.90% of the company, to Bao Yi LPF. The completion of this transaction occurred on the same day as the agreement was made, making Bao Yi LPF the new largest shareholder. The company’s board does not foresee any negative impact on business operations as a result of this share disposal.
