Starjoy Wellness and Travel Company Limited announced the sale of its largest shareholder’s stake, Best Discovery International Limited, representing 29.90% of the company, to Bao Yi LPF. The completion of this transaction occurred on the same day as the agreement was made, making Bao Yi LPF the new largest shareholder.
