Starjoy Wellness and Travel Company Limited has announced the resignation of Mr. Zhu Yunfan from his position as a non-executive Director due to other work commitments, effective 16 August 2024. He leaves with no disagreements and nothing that shareholders should be concerned with. Succeeding him, Mr. Kam Min Ho Andrew, with over 30 years of corporate management experience, has been appointed as a non-executive Director, bringing his expertise particularly in cultural tourism business.
