StarHub Ltd has announced the transfer of 1,898,594 treasury shares valued at S$2,005,004.21 to fulfill obligations under its share award schemes. The transfer has slightly reduced the percentage of treasury shares from 0.93% to 0.82% of the total issued shares. This move, completed on March 25, 2024, reflects the company’s commitment to its Performance and Restricted Stock Plans initiated in 2014.
