Starcoin Group Limited has entered into an exclusive management agreement via its subsidiary Starcoin Hong Kong Limited with Brazil-based Nhandu Parkent Mineracao and U.S.-incorporated Goldcoin Global Asset Management to tokenize real-world assets from two gold mining areas in Mato Grosso, Brazil. The deal grants Starcoin global exclusive rights to design, issue, list, and trade digital tokens backed by the mines’ gold reserves, mining rights revenue, future cash flows, and related assets using Web3.0 technology.
Under the agreement, Nhandu Parkent will refrain from issuing any digital assets tied to the mines without Starcoin’s consent, while Starcoin will receive 5% of total token issuance and 5% of gold sales revenue from the targeted areas. The move positions Starcoin to capture value from sizable, high-grade gold reserves in one of South America’s largest gold mining centers, strengthening its presence in the emerging real-world asset tokenization niche and potentially enhancing revenue diversification for the group and related stakeholders.
