Star Shine Holdings Group Limited has announced changes to its Board of Directors and the establishment of key committees, effective from 30 September 2024. The updated board includes a mix of executive and independent non-executive directors, with Mr. Tsoi Wing Sing serving as the Chairman. The company has also set up an Audit Committee, a Remuneration Committee, and a Nomination Committee, detailing the involvement of various board members in these committees.
