Star has an eight-month period to evaluate S3iai’s progress and can choose to invest up to $4.4 million for a proportionate equity share. Additionally, S3iai has partnered with ImagineAR to integrate AR and AI technologies, reflecting Star’s commitment to innovation in aviation technology.
