Star Mica Holdings Co., Ltd. has completed the purchase of 87,000 of its own common shares for a total cost of 49,553,300 yen, as part of a treasury stock acquisition plan. This buyback took place between August 6 and August 31, 2024, through the Tokyo Stock Exchange, following the board of directors’ resolution on August 6, 2024, which allowed for the acquisition of up to 220,000 shares.
