Star Energy Sells Non-Core Land for £6.3 Million

IGas Energy (GB:STAR) has released an update.

Star Energy Group has agreed to sell its non-core land in Alton, Hampshire, previously home to the decommissioned Holybourne Oil Terminal, for £6.3 million to Pickerings Hire Limited. The transaction is expected to complete in the first half of 2025, pending planning conditions and environmental permit surrender. The proceeds will support the company’s general operations.
