IGas Energy (GB:STAR) has released an update.
Star Energy Group plc successfully held its Annual General Meeting (AGM) on June 12, 2024, where all resolutions except the withdrawn third resolution were passed, including ordinary resolutions 1 to 10 and special resolutions 11 to 12. The resolutions received overwhelming support with the highest opposition at 21.03% for the disapplication of pre-emption rights. Detailed results of the polls and the high shareholder participation demonstrate the company’s strong governance and shareholder confidence.
