Star Energy Group plc successfully held its Annual General Meeting (AGM) on June 12, 2024, where all resolutions except the withdrawn third resolution were passed, including ordinary resolutions 1 to 10 and special resolutions 11 to 12. The resolutions received overwhelming support with the highest opposition at 21.03% for the disapplication of pre-emption rights.
