IGas Energy (GB:STAR) has released an update.
Star Energy Group plc has disclosed that its issued share capital consists of 129,306,506 ordinary shares and 303,305,534 deferred shares, with all ordinary shares totaling the same number in voting rights. Shareholders are reminded to use this figure as the denominator for calculating changes in their shareholding interests, as required by the Financial Conduct Authority’s rules. The company does not possess any ordinary shares in Treasury.
