Star Diamond Corporation has fully acquired the Buffalo Hills Diamond Project by purchasing Canterra Minerals Corporation’s 50% interest for $1.1 million and 17,500,000 common shares, along with a 1% royalty interest granted to Canterra. The deal enhances Star Diamond’s asset portfolio and strengthens its position in diamond exploration, with plans to conduct further evaluation of the project’s economic potential.
