Star Diamond Corp Secures Complete Buffalo Hills Project

Star Diamond (TSE:DIAM) has released an update.

Star Diamond Corporation has successfully completed its acquisition of the Buffalo Hills Diamond Project, now owning 100% of the venture. This strategic move involved acquiring Canterra Minerals Corporation’s 50% interest through the issuance of 17.5 million common shares and granting Canterra a 1% royalty interest in the project. The Buffalo Hills Project, located in Alberta, Canada, is known for its rich kimberlite fields, similar to those in Saskatchewan’s Fort à la Corne region, and has shown diamond-bearing potential since exploration began in 1996.
