STAR CM Holdings Limited has announced the launch of a new Share Award Scheme to incentivize performance and retain talent by granting shares to selected participants, subject to specific rules and administrative procedures. The scheme will operate for 10 years and will not require new shares to be issued, thus bypassing the need for shareholder approval. No awards have been granted to date under the new scheme, which limits individual awards to 1% and overall awards to 10% of the issued share capital as of the adoption date.
