Star Asia Investment Corp. (JP:3468) has released an update.
Star Asia Investment Corporation, managed by Star Asia Investment Management Co., Ltd., has announced its 11th asset replacement, involving the acquisition of the Urban Forum Warabi property and a mezzanine loan debt, as well as the sale of Urban Park Namba and Smile Hotel Namba. The transactions, excluding taxes and other expenses, amount to a planned acquisition of 1,230 million yen and a planned sale of 3,500 million yen, with the acquisition and sale set for August and September 2024 respectively. The company also reported that Urban Forum Warabi has received a two-star energy-efficiency certification rating.
