Star Asia Investment Corporation has set the offering prices for its new and secondary investment unit offerings, aiming to raise a total of approximately 17.8 billion yen. The proceeds from the primary offering will be partly used to acquire four hotels, with any remaining funds to be allocated for future asset acquisitions.
