Standard Uranium Launches $1.6 Million Fundraising Initiative

Standard Uranium (TSE:STND) has released an update.

Standard Uranium Ltd. has announced a non-brokered private placement to raise up to $1.6 million, with funds directed towards uranium exploration in Saskatchewan and working capital. The offering will consist of units priced at $0.085 and flow-through units at $0.10, with proceeds from flow-through shares dedicated to exploration expenses as per Canadian tax regulations.
