Standard Lithium Ltd. has announced the approval of all proposed resolutions at its Annual General and Special Meeting, with significant shareholder support for setting the board of directors at seven, electing director nominees, and appointing PricewaterhouseCoopers LLP as the auditor. Shareholders also ratified new company by-laws and re-approved the stock option and long-term incentive plans, positioning the company for continued development of its lithium-brine properties in the United States.
