Rent collection remains strong at 99% for the quarter, and the company maintains a robust balance sheet with £33.2 million available for investment. Additionally, the report indicates a slight increase in the vacancy rate to 7.9% and confirms a dividend of 1p per share for the quarter, with the Board intending to maintain this level.
