Standard Development Group Limited has announced contingency plans for their AGM scheduled on September 6, 2024, in case of severe weather due to a tropical cyclone in Hong Kong. If adverse weather conditions subside before 7:00 a.m. on the day of the meeting, the AGM will proceed as planned; otherwise, it will be rescheduled to September 9, 2024, at the same time and venue. All proxy forms and shareholder entitlements will remain valid for the rescheduled date.
