Stamford Tyres Corporation Limited has announced significant changes to its Board of Directors post-AGM, including the retirement of long-serving Independent Director Mr. Kazumichi Mandai and the re-designation of Mr. Sam Chong Keen from Independent to Non-independent Chairman. The company has also appointed Ms. Caroline Wee as the new Lead Independent Director and Chair of the Remuneration Committee, along with Mr. Ho Fook Meng taking on multiple committee roles, effective 31 August 2024.
