Stamford Land Corporation Ltd has announced significant changes to its Board and Board Committees, effective from 31 July 2024. The reshuffle includes the appointment of Jimmy Yim Wing Kuen as the Lead Independent Director and Chairman of the Audit and Risk Management Committee, and Tan Soon Liang as Chairman of the Remuneration Committee. These strategic appointments are aimed at strengthening the company’s governance and oversight.
