Stallion Uranium Seeks $1.5M in Private Placement

Stallion Gold Corp (TSE:STUD) has released an update.

Stallion Uranium Corp. has launched a non-brokered private placement aiming to raise $1.5 million through the sale of units and flow-through units, to fund its uranium projects in Saskatchewan and for general capital. The offerings include common shares and half-warrants, with proceeds from flow-through shares allocated to exploration expenses eligible for tax benefits. Approval from the TSX Venture Exchange and a four-month hold period are required for the securities offered.
