Stallion Uranium Expands Private Placement to $2.6M

Stallion Gold Corp (TSE:STUD) has released an update.

Stallion Uranium Corp. has increased its non-brokered private placement financing to $2.6 million, due to strong investor demand, with funds earmarked for uranium project exploration and general corporate expenses. The offering includes units priced at $0.085 and flow-through units at $0.09, each with share and warrant components, and is subject to TSX Venture Exchange approval.
