Stakeholder Gold ( (TSE:SRC) ) has shared an update.
Stakeholder Gold Corp., a Yukon-focused gold and copper explorer with additional revenue from Brazilian exotic stone operations, has secured fresh funding to advance its Ballarat Gold-Copper Project in the White Gold District. Its assets include extensive claims along the planned Northern Gateway Road and targets at the Skye Gold and Loki Copper zones, positioning the company to pursue new discoveries in a key emerging mining region.
The company closed two tranches of a non-brokered flow-through private placement totaling $2.29 million, issuing 2 million flow-through units with warrants exercisable at $1.20 for two years, subject to early exercise triggers and standard hold periods. Management says the financing fully funds the 2026 exploration program at Ballarat, enabling drilling at Skye and Loki after spring melt, with proceeds directed to qualifying Canadian exploration expenditures and final approval pending from the TSX Venture Exchange.
