Stakeholder Gold Corp. has successfully closed a non-brokered private placement financing, raising $2.5 million CAD through the issuance of 3,125,000 units. The funds will be used for exploration in the Yukon Territory and development of their quartzite business in Brazil. The private placement involved insider participation, which was deemed a related party transaction, but it did not result in any new insiders or control persons for the company. The transaction is pending final approval from the TSX Venture Exchange.
