Staffline Shares Traded by Director’s Firm

Staffline (GB:STAF) has released an update.

Staffline Group PLC, a leading UK recruitment and training group, reports that Henry Spain Investment Services Limited, associated with Non-Executive Director Thomas Spain, has conducted a sell and repurchase transaction of 363,892 Ordinary Shares at £0.372 each. Despite these transactions, the investment firm’s interest in Staffline remains at 24.5% of the issued share capital, with no change to their notifiable interest.
