Staffline Reports Director-Linked Share Transaction

Staffline (GB:STAF) has released an update.

Staffline Group PLC, a leading UK recruitment and training group, has disclosed a recent transaction involving Henry Spain Investment Services Limited, associated with the company’s Non-Executive Director and Chairman Thomas Spain. The transaction consisted of the sale and repurchase of 63,322 Ordinary Shares at £0.3445 each, leaving Henry Spain Investment Services Limited’s interest in Staffline unchanged at 25.06% of the issued share capital.
