Staffline Group PLC has announced the purchase and cancellation of 550,000 of its own ordinary shares at an average price of 37.00p per share, through Panmure Liberum Limited on the London Stock Exchange. As a result, the total number of ordinary shares in issue post-cancellation stands at 145,370,881. This figure also represents the total voting rights in the company, which shareholders can use for notifications under the Financial Conduct Authority’s rules.
