St. James’s Place PLC has officially appointed Caroline Waddington as the new Chief Financial Officer and Director after receiving all required regulatory approvals. She assumes the role effective from September 16, 2024. Outgoing CFO Craig Gentle will step down as Director on October 11, 2024, but will stay on briefly to ensure a seamless transition.
