St. James’s Place PLC has announced the repurchase of 317,045 of its own ordinary shares on September 2, 2024, at an average price of 723.4893 pence per share. The company has stated its intention to cancel these shares, which will reduce the total number of ordinary shares in issue to 546,953,055. This action follows previous announcements and is part of the authority granted by shareholders at the annual meeting.
