St. James’s Place PLC has announced the buyback and subsequent cancellation of 299,955 of its own shares, at prices ranging between 711 and 724 pence per share, with an average price of 718.2341 pence. Following the share cancellation, the total number of remaining shares will be 544,711,561. This move is part of the company’s strategy to return value to shareholders, as authorized in the last Annual General Meeting.
