St. James Gold Corp. announces a private placement offering of up to 7,370,000 common shares at $0.095 per share to raise $700,150, aimed at reducing corporate debt and covering general expenses. The offering is contingent on TSX Venture Exchange approval, with securities subject to a four-month hold period. The company continues to focus on expanding its mineral exploration projects in Newfoundland.
