St. James Gold Corp. has revised their private placement terms, now offering up to 2.65 million units at $0.0825 each for potential total proceeds of $219,000. These funds will be allocated to pay accounts payable, a settlement under the Florin agreement, and for general corporate purposes. This adjustment follows an announcement made in July and is pending approval from the TSX Venture Exchange.
