Alpine Treasure Limited’s unconditional cash offer to purchase all issued shares of S&T Holdings Limited (Stock Code: 3928) has closed without any additional acceptances. As a result, Alpine Treasure and its concert parties maintain ownership of approximately 78.37% of S&T Holdings’ total issued share capital. The offer details were outlined in a joint announcement and the subsequent closure of the offer on 10 September 2024 was confirmed, with no changes in shareholdings post-offer.
