Alpine Treasure Limited’s unconditional cash offer to purchase all issued shares of S&T Holdings Limited (Stock Code: 3928) has closed without any additional acceptances. As a result, Alpine Treasure and its concert parties maintain ownership of approximately 78.37% of S&T Holdings’ total issued share capital.
