S&T Holdings Ltd. has announced the successful completion of its sale and purchase agreement, with Alpine Treasure Limited acquiring 75% of its total issued share capital. Following this acquisition, a mandatory unconditional cash offer will be made by Get Nice Securities for the remaining shares. Shareholders can expect to receive detailed documentation about the offer by the end of July.
