S&T Holdings Ltd. has announced a leadership change with the resignation of Mr. Chan Kwok Wing Kelvin as an independent non-executive director, replaced by Ms. Chen Yunxia, effective November 29, 2024. Ms. Chen brings extensive experience in teaching and language studies, and will also serve as the chairman of the Remuneration Committee. The company expressed gratitude for Mr. Chan’s contributions and looks forward to Ms. Chen’s tenure.
