S&T Holdings Ltd. (HK:3928) has released an update.
S&T Holdings Limited has entered a conditional agreement for the sale of a 75% stake, or 360 million shares, to Alpine Treasure Limited for HK$100 million, at HK$0.2778 per share. Post-transaction, Alpine Treasure will be obliged to make a mandatory unconditional cash offer for the remaining shares. Trading of S&T Holdings’ shares is expected to resume following the completion of these transactions.
