S&T Holdings Announces Internal Share Transfer

S&T Holdings Ltd. (HK:3928) has released an update.

S&T Holdings Limited has announced a voluntary change in its shareholding structure, with Mr. Chang, a controlling shareholder and executive director, planning to transfer his 20% interest in Alpine Treasure to Scholar Global for a nominal fee. This internal reshuffling will not alter Alpine Treasure’s 75% hold on the company’s total issued share capital, nor is it expected to impact the company’s management and operations.
