S&T Holdings Limited has announced a delay in dispatching the Composite Document related to the mandatory unconditional cash offer by Alpine Treasure Limited. The delay is due to the need for additional time to finalize information, including advice from the Independent Financial Adviser. The new deadline for the document’s dispatch, pending regulatory approval, is set for on or before August 20, 2024.
