St. George Mining Limited has announced a new securities issue, proposing the issuance of up to 100 million ordinary fully paid shares under the ASX code SGQ. The placement is scheduled for 12th August 2024, as part of the company’s efforts to raise capital through the Australian Securities Exchange.
