St. George Mining Limited has announced the resignation of Mr. Kecheng Cai from his role as a Non-executive Director, effective immediately. Mr. Cai had been on the Board since January 2024 and was instrumental in shaping the company’s expansion strategy for critical metals projects. The Board expressed gratitude for Mr. Cai’s contributions and wished him well in his future endeavors.
