SSP Group plc has expanded its share capital by issuing 425,000 new ordinary shares on 10 June 2024, in preparation for the vesting of awards under its Restricted Share Plan. The company’s total number of ordinary shares with voting rights now stands at 798,495,196, excluding any treasury shares. Shareholders can use this figure as a reference for disclosure requirements under the FCA’s Transparency Rules.
